THE STORY BEHIND STONEWATER
Stonewater was built on a simple idea: that clients should get the homes they dream of, not the homes that are easiest for contractors to build.
Stonewater Homes was founded in 2008 by Kevin Graham, following more than a decade of shaping Calgary’s luxury home landscape as a founding partner of Waterford Homes. After building a strong reputation in the city’s most established neighbourhoods, Kevin set out to create something new — a company that would push the boundaries of custom homebuilding.
Around this time, Kevin met Chris Corriveau, a talented and dedicated team member at Waterford who shared Kevin’s vision and values. Their partnership became official in 2010, when they joined forces to build homes that not only looked exceptional, but delivered an elite-level experience throughout the process — where true custom meant more than surface choices.
Together, they’ve built a company defined by its commitment to craft, service, and constant evolution. Over the years, Kevin and Chris have curated a trusted network of expert tradespeople, suppliers and consultants who align with their high standards and passion for detail. Every project receives a custom-fit team to bring each unique vision to life.
What began in Calgary’s affluent neighbourhoods has grown into a broader footprint — now building for clients across Western Canada. With decades of combined experience, Kevin and Chris remain hands-on, adaptable, and driven by a simple promise: to build homes — and relationships — that stand the test of time.
